For Jim McConnell, real estate is personal. 

As the son of a developer/builder/Realtor®, and grandson of a developer, real estate is literally in Jim’s blood.

Today, he proudly continues his family’s legacy of real estate service in Florida’s picturesque Pinellas County where he helps simplify the buying and selling process for clients of all ages.

With nearly 50 years of real estate, construction, and development experience, Jim is well versed in the intricacies, complexities, and nuances of coastal real estate.

But more importantly, he understands that trust, integrity, and communication are paramount to meeting his clients’ unique needs.

An award-winning Realtor®, Jim has served on the board of directors for the Florida Association of Realtors® and has been honored with both the Distinguished Service Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization.
